Q: How long do you take to ship?

A: On Average we ship within 2-3 days of purchase date. Processing times can sometimes take up to one week depending on life circumstances. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped and is on its way to you!

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept returns.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

A: Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Q: I think my package was lost or stolen. What do I do now?

A: Guiltless Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Q: Do you have a store in person?

A: No, but we do go to vintage markets throughout the Midwest nearly year round. Follow our Instagram to see where we will be going next!

Q: Do you accept offers?

A: We take time, knowledge and care to curate, spot treat, wash, repair, photograph, and list all items you see here on this site. The prices are set in order to fairly accomodate all of the work that was required for these items to be available to you today.

Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?

A: Online, we accept credit/debit card and PayPal. In person at markets, we accept cash, card, and Venmo.

Q: Are you a small business?

A: Yes! This is one woman business. Marissa has been selling online for about eight years and selling in person at markets for about three years now.

Q: Where do you get all these clothes?

A: All of the clothing that is sold by Guiltless Vintage has been sourced second hand from estate sales, garage sales, thrift stores, and through personal connections. There is no simple answer when it comes to sourcing - it takes years to create the skill set it requires to be able to recognize different fabrics, types of clothing, how old something is, if something is damaged, etc.

Q: I have a lot of vintage clothing that I don't know what to do with - do you buy wholesale?

A: Yes! For inquires of wholesale please e-mail [email protected] and attach your contact information and at least two to three photos of the clothing you have so we can look them over.
